I ordered 2 pairs of R.M Williams on their website. The first pairs size 8.5G are too big while the second pairs size 8G are too small. I asked their customer service team through email to send me a pairs size 8H eventhough those boots are not in their stock. However, they managed to find me a pairs size 8H. Those boots arrived today and I love them so much. I am pleased with their online customer service. I will buy more stuffs from them when I find something suit me.
These guys are great! I've been coming here since 2014. My first stop for anything menswear in London. Helpful staff, great selection and highest quality materials. Also made to order stuff is excellent.
I had an excellent experience with Aidan and the team! They went above and beyond to assist me in choosing a suit that I am absolutely delighted with. Their knowledge and expertise were impressive and greatly appreciated. I am already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend them. 6 stars from me!
One of the best quality menswear retailers selling quality tailored clothing, shoes and accessories. They offer an excellent assortment of both name brands and their own house label made for them in Italy. Some of the brands include Crockett & Jones shoes, Barbour jacket, Drakes ties, Howlin Knitwear, Incotex trousers and others. The buyers have edited a range that will mix and match with just about anything in the store. Nothing flashy, everything has an updated classic look and style.

Brilliant shop, but don't take your other half! I could spend hours in this shop trying clothing on and walk out buying far more than intended. Love the quality and selection of items. It also helps that they have great friendly staff who are extremely helpful in finding the right sizes and give some good advice on best fit. Another shop well worth visiting over the coming years!
If your looking for high quality men's clothing this shop is a must. I went in to purchase a pair of shoes and the customer service I received was excellent.
