Very beautiful and airy shopping space! It’s clean and layout of items are organised to perfection. Staff is friendly and helpful and ready to help with any requests.
Recently, I bought the mini tote bag in black but unfortunately it appears to be faded. I’ve tried to contact the brand but they referred me to another department. On social networks they don't answer me and I find it shameful that in 2 months the bag is like this.
Got the tote canvas bag. It’s been barely six months and it’s an eyesore. How does one spend so much money and not get any value from their purchase? Also contacted the store I purchased from but they said nothing could be done
Very nice boutique ! The staff was nice very welcoming & fun for one of them, but I didn't catch his name; btw ... your nails <3 but not pushy. We took our time to browse all their beautiful pieces. It was out of our budget unfortunately but we felt like a million bucks in this store. If I ever come back to London with money to spend, I'll come back for sure ! Love, Marie & Aurélie

Amazing experience in store and after I left. I went and purchase the orange saddle bag which is stunning only to discover when I got home that it was marked I rang the store and spoke to Saruk who was amazingly professional and got my issue sorted straight away. Will 100% purchase from this store again over buying online. Great atmosphere amazing staff that go above and beyond. Fab experience.
Tom was so amazing todayy! Literally the best service I’ve received in a LONG time. So so friendly even when it was busy all customers were being served to a high standard. All my questions were answered about the bag and my purchase! Definitely an asset to this Marc Jacobs store! Thank you Tom!

Becky's service was the best! I brought my mum to the store for her birthday to pick out a gift.
