Amazing! Flawless... Cathy was a darling, whole house was spotless with a nice feel. Breakfast was ready for when you requested it to be. Lockup is very secure, had no worries about leaving my bike in there. It was situated in the middle of everything, So there was never a "we can't go there that's too far away" moment. WILL be back again soon!!

Good location for exploring the Cornwall area. Lovely breakfast and safe secure bike parking as well. Hosts are great too ,back again in June this year can't wait.

Stayed at Phil & Kathy's with 6 other bikers last year. Excellent hosts and great place to stay. Very comfortable bedrooms and breakfast is superb. On one of the nights, we didn't want to venture out so called in for a Chinese take-away and had a social evening in the barn adjacent to the house (billard table, darts, music). Great location to explore Cornwall. We are going back this September 2014 :) 100% recommend to stay here.

without a doubt THE best B&B you will stay at. Kath is a superb host and nothing is a trouble to her, free pasty and a beer on arrival, but one of out group was a vegetarian, so she made him veggie burger and chips... Little things like that stick in peoples minds. The rooms are superb, spotlessly clean, with all the things you expect from a B&B room. Breakfast was superb and you will certainly not leave on an empty stomach. The bike lock up is one of the best i have seen, 50ft with drying facilities and a games room with pool table, dartboard, and fridge for your beer... We will be back thats for sure and i wouldn't hesitate recommending kath and her superb B&B to anyone..
