Spent £1500 for a vip duo table and this is what they provide..cheap seats, the floor and calling looks like an office, street food yes not even a decent full meal , A4 paper casually sticking on the wall. A total ripoff and waste of time.

We booked a very expensive 2019 NYE event here £200 and that was on “super early” sale!. A total oversell. It’s just a room with some disco lights, a pretty bad DJ, cheap food and the most ridiculously overpriced bar I’ve come across and the bar was also tiny Johnnie Walker Black Label was £210 for a bottle - it’s retail price is around £20, that’s just extremely insulting. There were no free shots as promised, no free champagne and canapés reception, the champagne distributed at 12 was given sparingly and the “live food stations from around the world” was just two buffet tables of warmed up party food! We only spent about 2 hours there before leaving as it was completely boring. There was nowhere to sit and no tables at all. Everyone was crowded by the edges where the windows were. When we tried to sit down by the window a very rude security man just pointed at us to stand up. Staff were totally incapable at the bar and looked scruffy as if they had just finished a day at school. Overall a really bad experience and a complete waste of money! Also it was promised to be a multi-floor event but there was only one floor! The other floor was if you had VIP tickets!
I purchased 4 tickets for NYE 2019 for my family, expecting it to be memorable which it was but for all the wrong reasons! On entering the building after shambolic security restrictions, the Showgirls never made an appearance and our coats were left unattended in the foyer. The function room was bare and stripped of all furniture, the champagne was questionable and the canapés non existent. The street food was cold, tasteless and unappetising. Staff were few and far between and the bar understaffed and ridiculously overpriced even for London. The area for viewing the fireworks supposedly the best view in London was in fact 3 windows running with condensation and a disco parked in front, which played the most appalling music all night. The atmosphere was non existent and other very disgruntled guests decided to leave early and party on the street outside. On complaining in January, I was offered a complimentary bottle of champagne and the opportunity to attend the Valentines night, I declined stating that a refund partial or otherwise would be better appreciated. I have continued to write to this venue with my complaint but no further correspondence has been forthcoming. I implore you - DO NOT TOUCH THIS VENUE for events unless you are prepared to be massively disappointed and substantially out of pocket! I would prefer to leave a 0 star review but there isn't the option!
I would give a 0 rating if i could .. Purchased New Years Eve party tickets for £1800,they have cancel an event due to staff shortage. Still havent received my refund ,keep getting emails with fake promises that refund is getting issued . The last few weeks no reply at all . Absolutely dissatisfied,they took the money for service they never provided . Stay away from this place ,its a total scam !!!!!!
We attended the gold valentine's event on the 15th. The atmosphere was disappointing and uncomfortable. Lots of wait staff lingering and chatting next to our table. Chairs were worn and felt cheap. Food tasted OK but came out luke-warm. We felt rushed to get through our meal. Servers felt awkward, as if we had to start conversation with them first. The cinema chairs were extremely old and worn, with very little space. The sound system was not great, and the side lights were kept on throughout the movie. Finally, I spent my night throwing up, though I cannot say with certainty that it was the food at Skybar but I cannot think what else it would be. Overall, we would not recommend, especially for the price.
The views are stunning, the drinks are average, the price is what you'd expect for a bar like this. It was a real mixed bag of people and energies, which somehow made it very sad, but that could just have been an off night.
Booked Afternoon Tea here with My Mother In Law Sunday 29/04/18 weather wasn't great but this did not spoil the views. We felt very spolit our waitress Alexandra & Hostess Aneeza made us feel so welcome and kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed to make the afternoon a special one. Great Space Great Food Great Fun - Definitely intend to visit again. Don't judge the book by it's cover from the outside of the building not the prettiest but the venue itself is great.
I would give zero stars if i could.. booked an expensive 'gold package' valentines meal and it was appauling, currently been waiting 3 hours for food, staff have no idea what they're doing..cocktails taste awful, food quality below par.. so disappointing totally ruined Valentines day. do not book !!!!! Also missed the cinema showing of The Notebook we booked with dinner its downstairs in same building through same event page because the service was such a joke. We cleared our own tables and drinks and i had to personally go into the kitchen to ask for our food twice to the chef before we got served. Will be asking for our money back ! Do not disappoint yourself with this joke of a business. Go to McDonald's it will be better i promise
Fabulous time spent here with my 3 sisters, celebrating my birthday! We opted for the unlimited Champagne offer and it was just as they said.....unlimited!! Our waiter Yacob was very attentive and even laughed at our jokes which I'm sure after 7 bottles, were not so funny! Thanks Yacob!! The sandwiches and cakes were lovely and the views fantastic! We will definitely be coming back!!
