I haven't been for ages probably like 8 or nine years, but was always a great experience when I went. Security never seemed to mind how munted you were, just as long as you could stand up. Atmosphere was good and I always felt pretty elated. Lights were brilliant and added some nice visuals. I dunno, I just liked it.
Great music great crowd. Great music, just cost once if you are in london. Drinks are cheap for students.
Met this lovely door lady Erica who helped us and guided us in the beat way possible. Thanks to this woman me and my mates had an incredible night without any issues. We were super comfortable and at ease. Would 100% recommend
Not a place to go if you are older then 20 years old and respect yourself. Music was very basic and boring, just a random beats mixed with hits from 7-10 years ago. Small place crowded with boys, who are desperately looking for a hookups, and drunk girls, who have turned 18 yesterday. It is not a place to enjoy music or to dance, so better to find something else. Although thanks security and management for a nice job. Other then that - no pros
Would not recommend this club at all. They have the worst djs, the transitioning into the next songs were awful! They falsely advertised the event for new years as online it said it would be a pop all night long event however it was reggaeton/house/pop which was on the ticket. However hardly any pop was played and it was all house and reggae. In the “pop” room there was hardly any well known songs played and they wasn’t even pop songs. The club isn’t the best layout and isn’t the nicest. The security wouldn’t let us bring chewing gum/mints into the club and made us chuck them away however they were selling chewing gum/mints in the bathrooms? So why wasn’t we allowed to bring ours in? Drinks were an absolute rip off £8.30 for a jagerbomb is ridiculous! Most clubs normally have shots for £5 or deals for eg 2 shots for £8. Complete waste of £25 for the ticket!
The worst nightclub I’ve ever visited. As a german it was absolutely disgusting. Absolutely overpriced and no space to dance. Be aware! The DJ was a joke every Spotify playlist would be better.
security were mean to these two young adults and to me and my three mates, the security withheld the ladies real IDs and tried to scratch up the provisional driver's license of my friend. overall place is a good vibe however I find the passage ways to the rooms a bit claustrophobic since people are always passing by and its in dark spaces. would like the spaces to have more lights or directions, especially to the mens bathroom and females. place is always good vibes however. would go again this all happend on 11/2/23.
Absolutely horrendous hospitality. You cannot charge your phone at all if it happens to die, even if you try to pay with cash as they only offer the card-only charging points even if the whole place is card-only they should accommodate their customers who cannot use the card-only charging points for whatever reason. A club who claims they help vulnerable people with the “ask for Angela” scheme doesn’t actually help vulnerable people whose phones may have died to get home safely. Complete disrespect, unfriendliness and no compassion from the security apparently one was called “Peter” inside the venue. When the manager was asked for apparently a woman called “Sophie” if that is the real name came and was very unbothered about the situation and did not give satisfactory customer service to either help resolve the issue or even offer any other help in any way. Manager “Sophie” walked away mid-conversation and had bad attitude. The music rooms were not even that good and half of the staff definitely do not care about customer service, even though a few seemed genuinely nice. Wouldn’t recommend this venue at all especially if you happen to get into a bad situation in there, it is not safe if your phone dies or you need to speak to a manager about something, clearly no help is actually given.
My experience of this club was so exceptionally positive that I was absolutely shocked to read any negative reviews at all! I can only assume that management and/or security might have changed recently, so I would really encourage any readers to give them a chance, since on my visit they got EVERYTHING right! As I've always said, the first impression of a nightclub is always your experience at the door, and in my view, this often sets the tone for the night. Security greeted me with a smile, were relaxed, super-friendly and very helpful. This was a trend I noticed throughout the night too. For example, one clubber had clearly overdone it, but instead of Security simply kicking them out of the door and leaving them to be somebody else's problem which I've seen happen elsewhere, and is an inappropriate and dangerous attitude!, they led him off the dancefloor with no judgement, no force, and the reassurance of a medic walking with them. They then took him to the medical room for treatment and I have every faith that he would have been fine after an hour or so in their care. Let's face it, we've all been there, and it's encouraging to see a caring approach to their visitors. The venue was also sooooooo much fun. The LED walls and ceiling are clearly the USP, but are genuinely great fun and enhance the experience rather than what could have easily felt like a 'gimmick'. The sound system was also spot-on, plenty loud enough but still enabling people to have a conversation a balance not always achieved. Bar staff were also really smiley, and I got served every time within seconds it's a particular bugbear of mine when venues fail to employ enough staff and each drink means a 20-minute queue! Of course, the promoters also make a huge contribution to the success or not of the night, and the quality drum and bass from Rebel Music was astounding. How this was a FREE party is beyond me, it was nothing short of epic and I will be checking the listings regularly for the next one! Overall, I was blown away. Genuinely one of the most fun nights I've had in years, and its immediate status as a new favourite venue is something I cannot emphasise enough!
Security staff is sooo racist. Security n6 come to my group of friend and through our staff to the floor without an explanation. My phone was there are the screen is broken. When try to speak with the manager he didn't want to speak with me or give me his name... Suspicious.. And then he ask someone from security to walk me out of the club... Another guy from staff 116 saw everything and the only thi g he said was that he couldn't do anything.. So same to feel that racisism in London 2023... Never again going there again.
