Receptionist are rude and they throw your prescription at you. The doctors seem like they don't have time to see you. The on call doctor yawned all the way through the consultation with no apology. I feel like the staff at this surgery could do with some customer service training.

My Other half went to see her GP after suffering with bad migraines in the last few weeks, but happened to get an interesting result. 6 weeks ago she broke her collarbone riding and afterwards suffered high levels of pain and concussion in the first few weeks, causing fatigue and tiredness. When she spoke to the Doctor, he said the cause of these migraines are due to her contraception (Which has not ever caused issues prior to the accident) and completely disregarded the accident 6 weeks ago. He is now pushing to change her contraception, to which she disagreed with greatly. His disregard for her severe accident and quick & persistent focus on a point with no previous sign of side effects is very alarming.

Very very rude! I spoke to a receptionist who first of all wouldn't even let me speak and get my point across, I had a multiple of issues to which she couldn't even give me the best option...

Dr jabir is a nice guy and very good doctor if all the doctors in this surgery is as good as him it we be no doubt the best doctors surgery around.
