Had an MRI a week ago and both GP and I have been chasing for results. Apparently, according to staff at Circle, it was sent via fax/electronically earlier [but staff not sure which] but constant chasing is needed to get results for both GP and self. It was marked 'Urgent' by GP and the fact that it was a private appointment has made no difference. Usually go to Spire at Bath Road, Reading. I wish I had done that again!

Great hospital, very clean in all areas. Most importantly the team members I came into contact with were all great and so professional, good humoured and the right amount of care & attention. I cannot speak highly enough of my consultants, secretaries, the nurses, receptionists and physiotherapists. If I should ever need a procedure again, I hope I can afford to come to this hospital in future. Thank you Nev, Sean, Debbie and Emily in particular.

An excellent experience. Such wonderful staff, helpful at all hours my 3 night stay was made so easy. The post operative, out patient care has been equally excellent.

Had a toe operation. MacAndrew was my consultant and he explained everything and put me ear in the day. From my first appointment to operation to check up appointment took less than a month, well All staff were friendly and efficient. Thank you

I accompanied a friend who had an appointment. We decided to have something to eat at the circle cafe. We waited 20 minutes for two panninis, the blonde lady who was supposed to be preparing them left them on the toaster and went off somewhere else in the hospital. Despite leaving the food preparation area she did not take off her blue gloves and was still wearing them when she returned from her trip around the hospital. After I asked where I food was the other lady found them on the toaster and put them on a plate. When we asked for cutlery we were told there was none. My friend ordered a feta and tomato and received mozzarella and pesto which wasn't even on the menu. We didn't ask them to correct the order as we didn't have another 20 minutes to waste. The blonde woman left the food preparation area several times while we were there and didn't change her gloves once. This being a hospital I would expect higher standards of hygiene and infection control!
