I went there for a maxillofacial appointment.  I was very happy with the experience.  Staff friendly, hospital nice and clean, consultant helpful,  knowledgeable and professional.

Had day surgery here - the care and treatment was excellant. Highly recommend this particular hospital.

Got there on time for my appointment, waited for 50 minutes before I was seen. It looked like (although I can't confirm this) my consultant wasn't seeing anyone for the last half hour of my wait, I just wasn't brought to his room. When you're spending up to £200 for a consultation, you expect to not wait that long. 

It's also not a very nice building, the interior is very drab and dark. Of course, this is just nitpicking.

I certainly wouldn't judge an NHS service this harshly but this is a business and a lucrative one at that.

I called to ask what price and when I can do the X-ray of my leg as soon as possible. I want to pay from my own pocket.
They asked me - name,surname, adress, date of birth, phone number.
They just told me they would call back.
No one called back.
