I am a regular diner at Living Room and have always had good service until Saturday 30 January. I took 4 friends for a pre theatre dinner. We ordered a main meal each, the risotto . The food took 45 minutes to arrive and the contents of the plates were embarrassing. There was literally a heaped table spoon of risotto on each plate. We asked the waiter if this was a starter portion and he was clearly embarrassed when he said it was a main portion. My husband actually had less than anyone. The food was tasty & the waiter polite. However the chef should be ashamed at serving that miniscule portion. The waiter said he had spoken to the chef & we were given 25% off however I now realise there is that offer on at the moment. I was very upset and embarrassed at bringing decent people to a restaurant I like and the chef to believe this was acceptable.
Amazing restaurant! I've been here so many times and each of it was a great experience. Menu is rich, so you have plenty of choices. Food is excellent, served with elegance!
I had lunch here with a couple of friends as we were passing by and I was quite impressed! The food here is stunning, I had a 7oz steak for a main dish and chocolate truffle for desert. Both amazing!
Never had a bad meal yet. Food is always delicious and cooked in a timely manner. Great service.
Amazing place, better than my living room :D I had a Basil Grande' Eton mess and it was greaat! I'll be back!
