The staff were very friendly and super attentive. Great portions on the food especially for the price you pay! Love atmosphere, inside and out, great for families. Not much options for vegans on the kids menu, but my daughter ordered from the main menu instead and was happy with that.
The customer service is fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The food was amazing. When ordering food, the guy behind the bar was so nice and helpful. I must have walked away about 4 times to ask the kids and hubby about adding any extra bits etc. He even offered a smaller dinner for the hubby because he didn't want a large fish. I would certainly recommend the place to other people. The drinks are reasonably priced too.
Only given 4 stars as we only had drinks ..clean and tidy welcoming atmosphere friendly greeting and friendly polite staff good choice of beers and very reasonable priced compared to town ..sat outside in the sunshine..very pleasant
Good selection of food we enjoyed the sharing things. Deep fried brie, dirty chips, cauliflower wings, chicken goujons, deep fried mushrooms. Excellent. The waiters were very helpful and though Saturday lunch was busy they were really cheerful about their work.
Great service and lovely food, did have one little problem with a kids meal being served on a red hot plate so spoke to the manager and he sorted it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.
This used to be great as the restaurant offered 2 for 1 on all meals. Hence we were happy with average meal quality as we felt we were getting a bargain! We visited in October 2022 to find out that the 2 for 1 deal is gone - very disappointing and we won’t visit again as the food isn’t worth the full prices.
Lovely place. Happy staff. Helpful and friendly. Great food. Good portion size. Reasonable prices. Lovely inside. Nice and clean. Large outside area also with a kiddies play area.
Good efficient service. Value for money food. The only issue was that when ordering on the app, it wouldn't let me scroll down to check the final item as it was hidden behind other info and hence ordered two J2Os rather than the one wanted
Shame the 2 4 1 is no longer available, but the food is still to die for, if you like the bacon double cheese burger from burger King then have the cowboy burger, it taste just like it accept its bigger and a damn sight juicier, I would even say its the best burger I've ever had. The staff are always happy to help. So if you want a great meal at great prices then pop down there.
Positives: The food was nice. Decor appealing, 1 staff member was friendly and helpful and took our photo when asked. Negatives: 1 staff member was abrupt and another manager? was rude when I mentioned it was cold where we were sitting. The air conditioning was blowing cold air and we kept our coats on as too cold. He said “it’s cold everywhere” in a rude manner. I appreciate it was cold weather, however, I do not appreciate being spoken to like that. It spoilt our dining experience.
