Great pub just near Chester station. Sells beer from their own brewery, Blueball. Great burgers Pity is closing 25/02/17! . It will be missed.
Lovely friendly cost pub with a fantastic selection of beers and ales, quite a lot of them brewed by the owners. Always plenty of choice. I've heard rave reviews about the food which I'll have to try soon. Also dog friendly which is a bonus.
Set in a lovely building but the interior decor was poor. Someone obviously fancied themselves as an artist! You'll see if you visit. Choice of drinks was very good. 4 or 5 real ales. Most from blue bell brewery. I sampled these but wasn't impressed. Maybe I just wanted a German beer, which they had a choice of; since they were having an Octoberfest thing going on. I imagine that when the German beers are not on there would be a good mix of kegged beers.
Probably the best chilli cheese dog I've had in a long time. I don't know what they put on the fries but they're immense! And an excellent range of beers to wash them down with.
My happy place. Outstanding selection of ale and beer. Top quality food. I don't know how anyone can disparage the decor. I feel like peyote may have played a part, but why not?
Fantastic food & always a selection of great beer. A burger & wings washed down with a couple of pints is a damn good way to spend an evening.
KASH sits between Brook street and a dual carriageway an island almost unto itself. Inside the place is uniquely decorated with colourful graffiti and murals. While the art might not be to everyones taste it certainly makes KASH stand out! The bar at kash is well stocked with an assortment of Cask, Keg and bottles from local brewers and elsewhere in the country. Most prominent is kash's own Redball ales and Blueball ales brewed in a sister pub in Frodsham. I've noticed that beers tend to lean towards the stronger end of the scale but you should always be able to find something more sessionable if need be. The staff are friendly and Knowledgeable so don't be afraid to ask. A great place to visit for a couple of hours or a stop on any pub crawls you might be undertaking and very convenient as its close to the train station as well.

Walk in through the door and you feel like a local. Great choice of well kept beers and good proper pub food. It's a shame it's so far away.
Definitely the best burgers in Chester. Gone now, to be replaced by Deva Craft Brewery who I'm sure will be great too.
