Went to a gig here tonight and the artist was good. However, I tried 3 times today to get a rough timetable of when the support and main act was on. The unpleasant man who answered the phone in the afternoon had no interest in answering my questions saying he didn't have the information and suggested I find out online. If you can't ring up the venue to find things out then who can you ring. The info was not online and can always be got by phoning the venue. Except this place. Been going to gigs for 30 years and usually people are only too happy to help. Not this lot though they're happy to take the money which ultimately comes from the customers of course. Also, at the gig, a rude barman said the drinks cost £4.50 when I had earlier been charged £4.00. Instead of checking, he just gave me the surly "It's £4.50." I have to laugh at the comments on staff training above. Won't be setting foot in here again no matter who's playing. Lazy and complacent.

Big place and beautiful place, i like the garden with the electric heating outside and bar is very good idea and cozy for smokers, BUT guys do something with the music and that dancer guy was disgusting 🤢, bring a sexy woman on the stage and put some more like natural music, remixes of songs and not only electronic music because i would like to dance with my girlfriend, not only to jump. The quality of sound is good, i like the bass, probably the single club which one i been in Scotland and the quality of the sound is really good, i am from Romania and there the music is much louder and the bass is shaking all of your drinks in stomach.

However Th Bouncer Grabbed My Sister By Th Arm..And Yanked Her Off The Table..Even Tho When Asked To Get Down..She Was Going To. He Then Proceeded To Drag Her n Pin Her Into Th Brickwall. Abit Of Commotion Went On..Trying To Get Him Off My Sister...My Boyfriend Who Did Nothing But Trying To Explain To Another 2bouncers What Was Goin On..He Got Brutally Grabbed Round Th Neck By 2 Of Them...n Thrown Out Th Back Door...With Me In Tow!...Then They Refused To Give Me Back My Jacket! Which Cost £80... Ragin Wi This Like! My Sister Has A Huge Lump On Her Forearm...and Bruising!...Think They Have Th Right To Assault People

Great atmosphere and venue as I attended the event I am a raver last night with my boyfriend we came out with £50 and the price's of the drink are absolutely ridiculous £4.50 for a spirit mixer is absolutely jokes such ashame aswell as it is a great venue just the prices for drinks are such a let down defo needs sorted pronto

Went to see a favourite artist, Newton Faulkner tonight. I have seen him play many times, and as always, he was spectacular. However, this is the second time I have seen him in the Liquid Room and both times have been the worst gig experiences of my life. Incredibly overcrowded, noisy bar staff with no consideration for the act, terrible acoustic and an absolutely abysmal, rude and unruly crowd. Clearly this venue caters more to obnoxious customers than talented acts. Unfortunately for Newton, and for any other small-medium artists who play there, the people who love their music will be let down and put off from coming to see them again. I realise that the venue cannot control the attitudes of their customers, however if they set a tone of respect through their staff and layout, maybe the acts they get to play would have a chance of being heard.
