I went to several different bridal boutiques, and my experience at Lavender was by far the best. They have a beautiful selection of gowns, and the staff are very helpful. Stephanie was so kind and listened to what I was looking for and pulled the perfect dress for me! I am so pleased with my experience at Lavender and would 10/10 recommend to any brides looking for their perfect dress!
I just got married this past July, and all of the girls at Lavender made my dressing/veil shopping experience unforgettable! It’s a beautiful building, the staff are very fun & knowledgeable, and I feel like they really pay attention to changing trends and styles in the Bridal World!! My sister also, just came back and bought her dress from them because we had such a fantastic experience when we went for my appt last year! Nothing but great things to say about this gorgeous boutique!
I had an amazing experience at Lavender! Stephanie was incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Even though I had no idea what I was looking for, she somehow managed to pick out the perfect dress for me. Her expertise and intuition were impressive! The personalized, one-on-one experience made the whole process feel so special and really made me feel important. I am happy that I chose Lavender for this important moment, and I can't recommend it enough.
I had the most incredible experience at Lavender with Meg! Meg went above and beyond to make me feel special and listened to my vision. She helped me find the perfect dress that not only fit my style but made me feel like the most beautiful bride. The selection of gowns was breathtaking, with a range of styles and designers to choose from. I felt so comfortable with her and my guests too, she made it an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend Lavender with Meg as your stylist enough for any bride-to-be!
I had my appointment today with Meg and she was wonderful. The store is beautiful with great natural lighting and privacy with a great selection of dresses. Meg picked a dress for me which was definitely not one I would have picked off the rack myself but she took my vision of everything I liked and combined it to pick one dress that I loved. I would recommend Lavender to any bride as it was a great experience.
I found my wedding dress at Lavender Bridal Boutique - it was such a wonderful experience in store; Stephanie was super helpful in finding a range of dresses to narrow down what I was looking for, listening to my feedback and suggesting other options. I ended up finding my wedding dress and taking it home across the world with me! Would highly recommend Lavender Bridal Boutique!
I visited several bridal boutiques while on my dress journey, but my experience at Lavender is what won me over! I was shopping on my own, and Stephanie’s patience and guidance was exactly what I needed. They had a gorgeous selection and she picked multiple gowns for me to try within my budget. She offered to take pictures of each one for me so I could send them to my MOH for opinions. After being stuck between two, Stephanie was still patient as I came back a month later with my MOH while she was in town to be sure. A year later, she was prepared to help me find the perfect veil, since I originally didn’t think I wanted one. My experience was fantastic and I will absolutely recommend Lavender to any future brides to find their perfect dress!
I had a wonderful experience at Lavender Bridal Boutique. The staff were friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about their dresses and helping to pick something that suits your style and taste. I enjoyed that we were able to look through the dresses and pick things that I wanted to try on. They were very accommodating in letting me come back a few times to try on dresses. Overall, I had a great experience here and would highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a wedding dress!
I received terrible service. I have been waiting to post my review. I wish I never got my dress here but I was on a time limit and I am only giving this place two stars because this is where I found my dress; however, it was not a pleasant bridal dress shopping experience. Both my moms never got to live through finding a dress the way I did and we were all hoping for a positive customer service experience, considering the prices. And to not even get offered water, let alone champaign when I said yes to the dress a normal thing for wedding dress stores. Additionally, I many times had to say “hello?????” When in the change room. The employee was not responsive at times. The one day we went to check dresses we saw the positive treatment that was given to another customer from another employee. I would not recommend this bridal boutique to you. Go to Petrov if you need a spot in London. I had an extremely pleasant experience there, unfortunately I did not find anything I loved. A lot of my friends also went to Modern Bride in Guelph they have the most beautiful dresses and have nothing but good things to say about it. I feel like I was robbed from having a positive bridal experience. The three of us all left the store feeling weird.
Went to Lavender Boutique because of the selection I saw online and it peaked my interest. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes for the previous client and family to finish . I sorted and found some of the dresses on my own. I understand that things happen and the consultant, Stephanie, explained to me that they were running behind all day, but what really made me feel neglected and unappreciated was the fact that the previous client and her family were still at the boutique upstairs and during my appointment the consultant kept running to attend to them, bouncing between us both. My first impression was very off putting and actually made me feel quite..small. The client after me came just as I was finishing up leaving me feeling rushed to leave so I didn’t have them waiting. To be honest out of my 75 minute appointment, the client and her family before me stayed for about an hour and some change and I only got about 10 minutes for myself . I had my sister on video call and she was unimpressed by the service. I’m not sure if it was because I went alone or, dare I say because my skin colour didn’t match the other clients’, why my patience was taken advantage of. I was going to leave on my own but decided to give her a chance until I realized the previous guests didn’t leave and my time was being shared with theirs. I left the store feeling so small, unappreciated and almost had tears in my eyes. It was already hard enough to find the courage to go and do this alone as my support system was either far away or no longer with us but this experience made me feel absolutely terrible. I would rather the consultant let me reschedule so I got the undivided attention and time I deserved. So the clients before and after me got their time and I left feeling ..not as special as a bride to be should. Although the selection was beautiful and I found some potential dresses, the experience forced me to look elsewhere and cancel my follow up appointment with them. I found my winning dress elsewhere the next day. The selection and customer service from the other boutique won me over.
