Lovely helpful and friendly staff, the bar takes covid seriously and has strict but fair social distancing measures. The bar itself is welcoming with great music. The 2-4-1 cocktail offers are amazing and the food deals are great also
I’m really not sure how this evening is going to continue. Your door host or it could be the manager as she referred to it as “her place” was a little on the aggressive side on entering the complex. I can understand this, having to repeat to each customer the rules and the environment we are ALL in. Plus it’s the last night of when households can meet. All this aside customer service is customer service! She asked if we had a booking to which we did not. I had already planned to ask to sit outside as I had been cooped up in my collage since 9am and was so ready to have a drink in the “fresh air”. She said well we don’t have any free table and I then replied I actually want to sit outside. To this she replied abruptly ok but if it rains you will not be given a table inside. I then remarked “ very friendly service you have here” to which she did start to behave a little better. I sat outside and had not had time to eat so without knowing you policies I began to eat my salad and my partner was going to order food. She seat a group of 3 ladies next to us and told me 1. Loudly with no decorum 2. On front of other customers and walkers by 3. To the horror of my partner you can’t eat your own food in my business. I was to stay the least utterly embarrassed and fuming. I have been working as an Area Manager in restaurants for over 20 years. I made a miss judgement sitting outside to eat quickly. But to act in this way is just unacceptable. I put my lunch away. But it doesn’t end there. Katie told us at the door there was a 2 4 1 cocktail and to make sure we put 2 on the value of each of the cocktails. My partner downloaded the app and followed the instructions given to him. Well Done him the total showed £35 pounds and he then went back to Katie and showed Katie the phone. She told him don’t worry it will come off on paying. GUESS WHAT - it didn’t. Katie then offered a free nachos, that weren’t even warmed up. I can assure you I wasn’t expecting to pay 35 pounds for happy drinks hour and the expensive Bloody Mary’s which aren’t on the list weren’t even garnished. Poor form. The nacho was a big portion but I mean look at the picture of the cheese portioning alone. I look forward to hearing from another management person about this experience and a big thank you to Katie for already damping my evening with out rain or no table inside... money isn’t growing on trees especially in the current climate. Katie sort out your poor attitude and remember you can make or break someone’s day. On a positive note the homeless lady asking for money was spoken to with more respect then I was treated. So a pat on the back for Katie on that. UPDATE - Cheryl the supervisor I believe listen to my feedback with a professional manner, she didn’t throw her manager under the bus but agreed things hadn’t gone to plan. Organised a few cocktails for us. I think she is ready for that promotion and she hand on heart turned this from a why did we come here to there is a god and her name is Cheryl.

Place was nice and clean, staff were nice, I used a voucher on my cocktail tea afternoon but would not pay £50original price for what we had..no spoon for the jelly, used other end of our fork... the bread and scones was dry the fruit spread for scones was too tangy, was expecting strawberry jam but got some blackcurrant with juice.. the cocktails did not taste the best to what we have been use to tasting from other bars previously.. think 20 would have been the most I would have paid if couldpaid 25
A great place to meet after a long day at work. The food is good and the drinks are great. The main attraction to this place in my oppinion is the flavoured vodka. Order 6 shots of random flovours and you will instantly improve any party! Pro tip: Order a "vodka roulette" which consists of 6 similarly coloured red shots of different flavours cherry, watermelon, etc.. One of these is the dreaded XXX Chilli. Pray you don't drink this one!
Really lovely staff and a spot on brand new Bottomless Brunch menu! Highly recommended : Thanks to Robyn, the manager, who made our visit very pleasant!
Came for a Saturday lunch with a group of friends. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, but we were told to wait for an hour before ordering because it was apparently too busy? The bar wasn't even full. Then told we couldn't order regular burgers because they had no buns... When we received our food 2 hours later, it was all cold and there were quite a few mistakes. We weren't impressed and would not come again. Felt like maybe it was understaffed? It's a shame because the actual place is quite nice, maybe better just in the evenings. I do feel we were ripped off though.
On arrival we were given the option to be seated inside or outside. We choose to seat outside. The waitress bought the menus over to us and took our drinks order. Then it started to rain a little so we asked to be moved inside. The staff were more than happy to move us we ordered two pizzas, which seemed like we waited a while for but when I worked it out we had only been waiting the time it took to prep and cook our pizzas. The pizzas were cooked to perfection and tasted oh so good. The bill wasn’t overpriced either. Definitely recommend!
My experience at Revolution was on a late Saturday night. Can't comment much but the music and atmosphere was nice and it wasn't too crowded so we had a good space.
