Our Pizzas are created with slow rising dough that is made fresh on the premises daily.
Using only the finest Parma flour and Sardinia sea salt.
Our dough is then stretched by hand and cooked in a wood burning tough brick oven which gives it it's unique taste.
Most of our cured meat is imported from Sardinia.
We use only the best quality ingredients for our great tasting Pizzas.
