Visited the last shift inn to support local business and did not disappoint. Very friendly service and great options on the menu for a local pub. Fish and chips were lovely, I ordered the small portion and would say it is good value for money. Would definitely recommend if passing through the area or looking to try somewhere new! There was not much atmosphere as it was rather quiet but the server made up for it with his jovial efforts. Will be back, thank you!
Pub that we eat in because it’s local. Food is good but prices are high for the quantity and quality you get. For example adding £2.50 for a spoonful of peas on the fish and chips!! Not a massive selection on menu and they seem to run out of specials very quickly. Friendly owners and service.
10 stars wouldn't be enough! They hosted my mum's 80th birthday meal and everything was as near perfection as can be!
We had our first visit to the Last Shift this evening. It will not be our last. A lovely welcoming place with excellent food. Wonderful service and I think good value too.
Touring the local area as a family of 3 with a dog and stumbled across this gem. Called up and told us he would have a space ready for us. When we turned up he had set up colour sheets, crayons and water for the dog. Me and my partner thought there was such an attention to detail. Lovely food and family friendly service was definitely unbeatable. Will come again next time we are in the area.
