Really good quality food and service. Nice authentic pub atmosphere downstairs, or if you prefer, more of a restaurant upstairs. Good selection of drinks and all is reasonably priced. I had the haggis, tatties and neeps, very tasty and a decent sized portion too. Would definitely recommend the Crown Tavern.
We went yesterday for some food, great atmosphere, the lady that served us was just brilliant, excellent attitude, patience and kindness. Food is excellent, there are plenty of choices for everyone and tastes delicious, perfectly cooked.n5 stars for everything, I really would recommend this place !
Had a lovely meal at The Crown Tavern, food was really tasty, good size portions and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and quick. The only downside was it was absolutely roasting in the restaurant.
My Husband and I have been going to the Crown for about 30 years.nFood is amazing, all fresh. Their Caribbean chicken is my all time favourite.nAnyone that eats here will not be disappointed. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help.
A nice dog friendly pub that serves very good food with nice friendly staff. We sat in the bar but there is a separate dining area if you don't have a dog. Nice extensive menu with loads of choice & options for vegetarian or gluten free diners. Free street parking for 2 hours outside. We'll definitely return.
