Delicious food! Husband tried the Highlander chicken with haggis for the first time and thought it was amazing. My mince and mushroom pie was also delicious. Good portions. Friendly staff, food arrived quickly and we were sat in a nice quiet area of the restaurant. Would have no hesitation in going again or recommending to others.
Really good quality food and service. Nice authentic pub atmosphere downstairs, or if you prefer, more of a restaurant upstairs. Good selection of drinks and all is reasonably priced. I had the haggis, tatties and neeps, very tasty and a decent sized portion too. Would definitely recommend the Crown Tavern.
Booked for a party of 11 as l have been there a couple of times. The food was Amazing as was the service from the lovely staff. I had the T Bome Steak and it was Delicious ny wife had Chicken and Ham Pie and that was lovely as well. The whole party all commented on how good the Food and the service was. Well done Team...
This is one of the best places I've been for food, drink and service. I come up to visit my mum twice a year and we like to go here once a visit. The food is incredible no matter what we have, the drink is amazing alcohol always is. The servers are also amazing and great at what they do. Massive credit to Irene, every time we go she's chatty, fun and a sweet person, you are lucky to have her!! Can't wait till our next visit. Thank you all xxx
Lovely meal in a busy, popular bar/restaurant. Service and food were great especially as they were so busy. Been before and will definitely be back.
