Me and my partner had out lunch here the shop was quite just before lunch time. Walked in and there was no hello nothing just greeted with a face that looked like it would rather be somewhere else. Placed our order with no conversation basically nothing. Constantly asking is that you is that you is that you. Once we were finished she took our money placed the change on the counter and walked away. No thankyou no good bye. If my partner wasn't there I would have stood there not knowing my order was ready to go. But food was ok if your looking for a toastie not the place to go more like warm need with not melted warm cheese!

Absolutely terrible service! Went in today, wasn't even acknowledged too busy talking to a "friend" I walked out. Everyone knows good customer service is too acknowledge the person walking in Wether your busy or not. Too stuck up to stop talking, took my Business to mcfees! Much nicer people!

Food from here is always nice and fresh and well prepared. Staff are also very friendly
