Fallen down hill I'm afraid. Still got a nice layout but the food in this Wetherspoons is well below par and I'm normally very easy to please. Beer is okay. Could do with a refurb.

Wow was dead for a Thursday morning!!!! The weather is nice outside though so probably that's why . Quick service at the bar as their was no one in front !! Tables all cleared though, but only 1 coffee machine working, overall OK

Two times now for breakfast and red or brown sauces had run out. Also  no mushrooms.  Had to pop out and buy from the shop next door. Staff only informed of missing condiments when food was presented.

lovely food, woman on the door was aggressive and rude and felt quite targeted by her when I was just trying to explain I was joining some friends for a meal only. She wouldn’t let me get a word in. Felt very threatened, I know these are unsettling times but not what you want to start your visit.

Despite Covid restrictions still a pleasant place for a mid afternoon drink whist out shopping.

Typical Wetherspoon, large airy pub, nice and clean, covid requirements met, table service works well, well priced menu, polite staff.
