Great experience at the Twickenham branch with Sam, I have been having laser tattoo removal and it has almost completely disappeared- really happy with the results so far. Would definitely recommend to others

They refused to honour my wife’s groupon voucher for IPL sessions and instead tried to charge her over £2000 for the treatment. Bunch of con artists!

The whole experience from start to finish was quick and very reassuring and friendly, because of the professional staff Sam and Shaun. Completely put me at ease with any questions that I had. Definitely am glad that I decided to do my laser hair removal and I advise every woman to do it too.

I had laser hair removal here! On some areas even had 18 sessions on! It didn't help at all and my hair is worse than ever especially on my face which is the place I hate it the most it's so obvious and I have to bleach it every 2 days because I darent wax it or shave it because my hair is so dark you will see it so I have to spend untolds of money on bleaching cream on top of the thousands I've already spent on laser hair removal from here! Don't get me wrong the staff are so lovely and friendly but the laser treatment from here it awful! I have a friend who had 6 sessions somewhere else and she's completely hair free! It's a shame wish I went with her instead! 

This has completely ruined my self confidence
