Only place I will trust with my waxing now. Florentine done my waxing and after many years of not doing it after bad experiences, I can now see what a truly experienced and professional beautician now is. Such a calm, peaceful, and excellent environment AND dog friendly too! Thank you so much and you will be seeing me often! :)

I'm never going back to do a wax, probably one of my worst experiences. The woman who did it, who I assume is the owner, just doesn't know how to wax, she's very rough making it more painful. The waxing room is so dark you can't see anything, so when I arrived home I saw she had left so much hair I had to do it myself! And she charges about £10 more than most places (including in central London!).

I love this place! I've bought all my make-up there & get my waxing done every month which I'm always pleased with. They are always professional but really friendly & welcoming too. Monty the dog is like a celebrity there. My babies live him.

Lovely little boutique store in the heart of Twickenham, run by a talented make-up artist. It’s like a gorgeous, grown up candy store, with make up and relaxing treatments.

Popped in to get my eyebrows and top lip wax done, nice little place. Lovely when the dog is around and the owner is lovely too! 

However, the lady that did my wax used hardly any oil or product on the dry cotton wool pad, so was quite painful when she was rubbing over the areas. She faffed for ages, and after the wax I had a very painful bit of skin below my brow, she had actually pulled the skin off. 

I'm now waiting for the area to heal and then I'll be able to see if it's going to scar. Also cost £23 to get both done which is on the pricier side.
