I went for a massage today, the appointment was towards the end of the day. But it was clear that the massage therapist was rushing. She had overrun with her previous client and it felt like she rushed through my massage as a result, and that she cut corners. When I raised that they hadn't included upper shoulders in the massage - all they could say was that they had done a one hour massage. Total waste of money - best avoided unless you want to experience the same disappointment and frustration.

Have been to this beauticians a few times for dermalogica facials now with today my latest. Good service. Easy to book online.

Advertised half price facial and then charged 20% more than the advertised price saying it's their terms and conditions - I explained half of £55 is £27.50 but she insisted that it was £35.00. At the time of booking price was also confirmed. Further to this the facial was not good at all, massage was clumsy and I was left in the room with a so called face mask for 15mins. The face mask was only put on my nose and upper lips. Just over priced. The Manager wasn't apologetic at all. Also there is a dog there incase anyone has any allergy problems. Beyond disappointed.

Prepaid for the treatment. Used once, went twice back and door is always locked. Asked for money back- got refused. Avoid. Bad experience.

I booked a 'dermalogica prescriptive facial' as a treat a few days before my sister's wedding but wish I hadn't! Worst facial I have ever had from start to finish: I arrived 10 minutes early but was left standing outside as the salon was closed. Once in, my treatment was significantly under time (approx. 45 minutes of my booked 60 minutes). Of those 45, approximately 15 minutes was spent alone whilst my face mask 'worked' and the therapist chatted on her phone outside the treatment room. There was no offer of a head/hand massage. The therapist didn't ask me anything about my skin type and the facial massage was clumsy and uncomfortable. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
