Its actually been a while since I went here, but I recently found this image I took the day after my appointment. I went in to get a dye and cut, but this is what I came out with. The dye was fine, simple dark brown. The cut however, was absolutely terrible, as the picture shows. I came in and a dye and cut will usually take 1,5 hours max. I was here for about 3 hours, the staff was overworked and too many appointments at once. When I came home and I saw the hair properly I called and asked to come in and they could maybe fix it. I came in, and was met by a woman who could not see what was wrong. She made me feel like I wanted some fairytale hair that wasn't possible to get, and the cut her coworker did was fine. She kept cutting bits off to try and fix it, although she didn't see a problem at all. it was clear that I was an inconvenience, and after a while when she had cut too much hair off, and not fixed anything at all, I said it was fine and left. I didn't want them to touch my hair anymore. THIS is what two employees in this shop judged as being a nice cut. Would not recommend, this haircut is a disaster.

Visited Rush Twickenham for the first time and had Chloe as my stylist to save me from a hair disaster at another salon. She did an amazing job and did exactly what I had asked for and I couldn't be more happier! Definitely recommend!!!

I recently had my hair conditioned, cut and finished by Chloe, she was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable and like I was one of her friends. She was very gentle and took her time with me as I was very nervous due to previous experiences with other companies but she understood and was great! I loved my cut and I have never felt better about my self, I would recommend her to anyone! Fantastic work and I will definitely be coming back :

Everyone in the salon was extremely friendly and made me feel at home. The products they used were amazing and the service was incredible! They cut and styled my hair exactly as I wanted it, plus served me tea and chocolate. Definitely going back. My hair was cut with Chloe who was absolutely a star. Thank you!

I highly recommended Chloe! What an amazing hairdresser and lovely person! She’s young but knows exactly what she’s talking about ! I was so nervous to go to herself due to always having longer hair and i wanted it cut. Chloe advised me amazingly on what would suit my face shape perfectly. Now i get compliments on my hair all the time ! I’ve never been happier! I was defiantly surprised at how well of a hairdresser she is considering she is young but wow she done a good job! She made sure i was comfortable, offered me drinks and magazines. Can’t thank you enough chloe for making me feel amazing again!

Ellie's the best hairdresser I've ever had and certainly the only person I trust with my curly hair. After years of bad haircuts with people not knowing how to cut curly hair, I've been working solely with Ellie for ten years now. If you have curly hair or really any hair type, she is the only hairdresser I'd recommend. So experienced and truly talented!

Chloe has done my hair twice since August. She is AMAZING! She made me feel so welcome beinging a new customer at Rush. She knows exactly what I've wanted each time. From showing me photos, hair colour samples, giving her own opinion to what would suit my skin complexion. The colours, cuts and blowdrys have been more than what I wanted. She's has such a friendly, bubbly personality, very easy to talk to. She shows so much pride in her work, making me trust her 100% with my hair. She gives the BEST head massages also! I can't wait to go back in December and see what magic she creates.thank you Chloe for your amazing work and dedication! Holly x

Complete disappointment! I was offered a beverage and when my coffee arrived the cup was very dirty so couldn't bring myself to drink it. Try and avoid Ellie she is as helpful as Stephen Hawking's trainers!! She struggles to show she has any passion for the job or company she works for, she seems to be plodding along until payday. She knows very little about current techniques or trends so was unable to offer invaluable advice about the kind of cut or style I should go for. How shes made it to a senior position is beyond me! The cut she gave me was terrible! I asked for a blow dry so I could see the cut however she suggested curling my hair instead - I believe she suggested this because it would be less work for her. I've never met anyone so lazy. When it came to making payment, I was quoted one price over the phone and when I came to pay there was a difference of £95! I had to pay of course. Never again will I be going here!
