Today was my first time getting a manicure at Helen’s and I am so happy with the result! I just wanted something simple and sweet, so I had manicure with gel polish and I got exactly what I asked for. The lady who did my manicure was really gentle, also incredibly kind and friendly. I will be back 100%. When I asked around all my friends recommended Helen’s and I’m glad I followed their recommendations.
The only place I will ever go to to get my nails done! Never had a bad experience, all the staff are amazing and so creative. I’m always so happy with the results and 3 weeks later never any chips or damage. Highly recommend!Services: Nail designs
The only place I go to get my nails done! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Kim & James are absolutely lovely and all their staff! So friendly! Everytime I bring a picture of the design I want they do better than the picture!! My nails always look amazing when I walk out of their shop! Thank you guys
- . Every time I have gone to Helen’s Nails I have had nothing but great experience. Everything from the the staff to the finish of my nails is great. Staff are always happy to give a helping hand when it comes to adding designs and are happy to change things if needed. This last time I had the lovely who did my nails just in time for Christmas!
I’ve been going to Helen’s Nails for over six years now and they’re very friendly, helpful and professional. I often ask for a complicated design and they’re always happy to help me. Kim created my latest set with extra silver tonight and I’m very happy - thank you
Girls! Do not go there! The customer service is poor, the place is so messy, the tools they’re using are dirty and shared with multiple customerswhere they should be one use only. The manicure job is uneven and sloppy. Once I entered the saloon there was nail dust everywhere, the chairs are so dirty better don’t sit there! The manicure artist working on my hands firstly burned my nails by polishing them too much and than left the job half done as soon as another customer walked in. I was left waiting there without an explanation just to find out that someone else will finish the job. They also charged more than initially agreed.Do not recommend!
I've been to Helen's 3 times now and they nail the brief every time pardon the pun!. Really pleased with the care and attention that went into each design and I'm already looking forward to my next visit
Genuinely can’t explain how incredible they are!! Whenever I get my nails done, the amount of compliments I receive after from friends and family is so special; so many of my friends now come to Helen after seeing how good they at their job. From their skills, to their amazing customer service… always come back to Helen’s and always feel so welcomed! Thank you to Helen and her wonderful team <3
Awful place!!!!!!! As you walk into the salon you are greet with a happy smiley face . Now I know why, because the minute you sit done and tell them what you want that’s when the bad customer service starts! But at this point it’s too late as they have already started on your nails. I was originally quoted £21 for my nails and then after it was changed to £28 and that was due her being a ‘senior manger’ I argued that it does not stay anywhere on the price list that it’s different for senior management she then became very rude and said I won’t do you know someone else can do it if you don’t want to pay! As you can imagine that completely took me by surprise and I was utterly shocked by her behaviour and attitude, I never said I wouldn’t pay I just questioned facts I also said that maybe they should put different prices for senior nail technicians. After the conversation took place she rushed my nails started speaking in her own language, probably about me. Then as she grabbed my money out of my hand was back to being her polite, saying ‘thank you very much see you again’ so loudly that the salon could hear how polite she was. I only came here out Of desperation as my private nail Tech was away on holiday and I needed my nails done ASAP so came here otherwise you would never see me in a place like this I have been looking at some of the reviews, That people have posted with their nails and if you look carefully at all the pictures you can see cuticles haven’t been removed look dry and crusty and also I have been caught yet to leave a good review, WHY? Rude staff, poor quality. LADIES… GO PRIVATELY AND GET SOMEONE TO DO YOUR NAILS FOR HALF THE PRICE, BETTER QUALITY,, AND FOR SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR NAILS. THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTIST WHO ADD££ BY THE MINUTE.Service: Manicure
