Just a really excellent and straightforward service provider - they seem to be really tuned in to the home and small business user. They explain everything in layman's terms, unlike most IT companies! I know they handle lots of business clients, but they seem very happy to handle the smallest needs of individual users - and at very fair prices. I am a home-based, small business and personal user, and highly recommended the team at Crouch St. - Terry Wilson. PS if you are worried about the security of your system and protection of your data, these are definitely the guys to talk to.

Although prices are very slightly higher than other repair shops around Colchester (all of which were fully booked until at least midway through January), they got my laptop done in good time and always do a brilliant job. Would always prefer to pay an extra £10-20 and get the job done quickly and efficiently than wait an extra month or 2.

Being of a certain generation, I am not good at the ins and outs of computers, so I am very grateful for all the patience, understanding and help I have received through my various crises. Most recently I was the victim of a really dangerous scam, and all the help I received in sorting it out, and ensuring that my computer was restored to health was invaluable.
