The technical man Demetrius was really excellent and gave complete and unbiased information on the iPhone battery status and diagnostics. Very pleasant manner and super service. I called today to speak to the manager but she was not there - hence this post.  I hope Demetrius is made aware of this compliment.

I have attempted to use this store twice and both times a big disappointment, the first was when a new iPhone developed a fault within a couple of weeks and they would not replace it for a new one so I had to travel to a store in London to swap the phone for a new one. And today I had booked the phone in at midday for battery replacement under the Apple scheme, only to be told they don’t hold battery’s in stock and I need to leave the phone with them 4-5 days. This is not possible as it is used for work, so a 20 mile drive in snowy conditions for nothing. The staff I spoke with was also quite dismissive and not particularly apologetic. Apple customer services only said that they cannot guarantee the service that independent retailers provide, so what is the point of having them. Complete waist of time and I will never enter this store again.

Poor service recently, conflicting information from the staff.  Took my iPhone 6 in and one male member staff member said it was the battery and it would cost £90 to replace but when I went back a female member of staff said that it would need to be sent away at a cost of £309 and that I'd be expected to pay even if it couldn't be repaired.  Seemed to want to get as much money out of me as possible.  Was off hand too.  Very disappointing as the man was really helpful.

For months I’ve been unable to use headphones in my phone. A mobile phone shop advised me that due to the obstruction in the headphone port, I would need to have a part replaced. When I entered the shop it was to ask about an email issue but seeing how friendly and knowledgable Becky was over my email issue,  I thought I would ask her about my phone problem. Expecting to hear, it would need to be sent off etc...far from it, within seconds she had removed the problem and I can now use my headphones!
It’s great to see there is still great customer service about!

Again a piss poor service. I needed a firmware password reset, these careless layabouts didn't even switch the Macbook Pro on and told me they couldn't help. Lazy, and time wasting. Yes, I will go to the official mac store and receive the reboot required without the feckless attitude. As a web developer, I strongly recommend against using this store, especially for something so basic as a reset. Pathetic.
