Has everything that you would expect in a shopping centre. Car parking is a very reasonable price however it can become very congested at weekends, if you can walk or use public transport then I would recommend it.
The centre is clean and kept up with, multiple security personnel patrol the centre daily maintaining a safe and pleasant environment

The Lanes Shopping centre is a one stop shopping experience from the multi level car park accessible by stairs or lifts containing mobility scooter options and a hand wash car wash to the many under cover shops both large and small. There are many places to eat and the Library on the first floor is adjacent to the public conveniences. Almost every thing is catered for in the Lanes and there is quick and easy route to the other shops

Good wheelchair access, parking is not expensive and it was easy to find someone to help me with any questions.
My Support/assistance dog was welcomed,without any fuss.
Any queries about him, were easily dealt with by showing his permit...It is most important that shop keepers etc,,, understand that they have the same status, legally ,as guide dogs.(with the appropriate  paperwork!)
There was a great variety of shops with polite and friendly staff, And I will be back!!  :)  X😇X

A shopping centre like all the other clones across the country. You know what to expect in there. Very well run and maintained. Clean, safe with excellent parking attached. Parking charges very reasonable compared to most other city shopping centres.

Great little shopping centre. Wide variety of places to go. Also has Public toilets and a library. :)
