Booked my car in a couple of weeks ago for its MOT after being let down by another garage. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating, booking us in with no fuss at all. Took the car in today and once again received a first class service. Will certainly use again and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a professional and reliable garage.

First time I have used this garage since recently moving to Carlisle, Absolutely brilliant customer service and price, took my car in for new rear Discs and Pads, dropped off at 8:30am and it was ready to pick up by lunch time. In 30+ years of motoring, this is the best garage that I've ever used.  I bought my used car from Brian Fell two years ago and its a fabulous car, totally reliable.  Brian and his staff are faultless, friendly, professional, TRUSTWORTHY, great value and go above and beyond in their service. He even fixed my wing mirror as part of my MOT last year after some idiot had knocked it off, completely detaching it. This is the best garage I have ever used - ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!

Wheel Bearing Repair I cannot rate my experience with this garage highly enough.  I came in at the end of day in a fluster and had my car back by lunchtime the following day all repaired.  In addition,  they loaned me a courtesy car so that I could get to my appointment and home again that night. The bill was not the fortune I was expecting either, so stress reduced all round. Thank you for helping me out so quickly.  Would definitely recommend and will use Brian Fell garage again.
