Cheaper to order online with discount codes then go into collect although you have to pay online at the time of ordering not a massive problem but when your ordering for someone else would be easier to order it and they can collect and pay at collection Also only have one person serving at a time even when it's busy
Bought a battery but it was the wrong one so took it back and it was replaced straight away. The lad behind the counter was friendly and no pressure to buy the most expensive battery
Poor service , staff wouldn't wait for us to use the discount on app ,informed us would take more than 20 minutes to do they shut at 4pm ,should be looking after the customers saving them money I would of saved £10 on discount online

Very helpfull. If your buying more than one of something, before you leave check they match. The head office doesn't check. These guys and girls always help so I know it will be sorted.
