Arrived at 9 am. Not busy. 2 people waiting. The guy at the reception was arrogant. I asked for an oil check but he told me that he was very busy. I am not stupid i know when an area is busy. I told him i was prepared to wait. After 30 minutes another guy comes and asks if i am ok very proffessional. No arrogance. He took my car and showed me what was wrong and gave me useful advice. What a difference. U dont loose
 anything by being nice  to a customer surely. Didnt expect this kinda attitude from a reputable garage like kwikfit. Thanks to this other guy. Wish everyone handles customers like u.

suffered a blow out on the m6, (sunday 21st) managed to make my way to carlisle by changing to the spare tyre , the lad that met us said he was busy and short staffed, (sunday - noticed no other places open for tyres in the area) could i leave the car for the day he asked, explained i needed to get back to newcastle! managed to squeeze me in with a wait of just over an hour! have to say top class service with short staff under pressure! thank you!

Just been to carlisle  kwik fit with a puncture on a tyre with the tyre already off the car and told it will not be ready  till tomorrow  lunchtime? ???
