In my opinion, the best pub in thrapston. Food is good value and it's very well set up. Big courtyard out the back is perfect for drinking in the summer this year they've even got a great outside bar to split the queues a bit better as well as plenty of space inside to drink or play some pool. Always friendly staff too.

We stopped by on a Monday afternoon to get some food and to have a few drinks, the bartender said they did not serve food, and gave us directions to a nearby pub where they served food.nAlso no black Guinness beer, or any other black beer for that matter..nOverall is a nice place to go..

We had a surprise party for my wife in the upstairs dining room on Saturday evening. We had over 30 people.  Absolutely everything was perfect.nnThe organisation for the event was excellent; nothing was too much trouble.nnThe food was outstanding, really fresh and perfectly cooked. Several people commented on their perfect steaks.nnThe service was fantastic all evening long. Again, several of our party commented on how polite, friendly, and helpful the young team were.nnThank you so much to everyone at the Kings Arms for putting on such a special event.nnThis is now my restaurant of choice in and around Thrapston. Nothing else comes close.

This is a great local pub in the heart of Thrapston. I’ve had many great nights out here, with live music, football on, and games of pool.nDogs are welcome, the food is great, and the staff are friendly — everything you want from a local pub.
