It’s been over a year since I’ve ordered from here, this due to the fact a child could make a better pizza and probably serve it hot and have it ready within an hour or two, that was all the reasons I stopped wasting my money on these people until last weekend, we thought things could not still be that bad. We were wrong!!! The pizza was frankly a joke, delivered 8 miles away in 95 minutes and of course it was cold. This business is simply not fit for purpose and whoever is managing it well congratulations on being able to blag this position. We will never order from you again, I just wonder how many customers over the years you have lost.
Worst pizza ever had was delivered by dominoes thrapston on Friday evening.nTasteless, dry, very little sauce base / topping.n50%off price obviously means you get 50% less pizza.nTotally waste of money.nCertainly do not recommend.
Update 29/12/23: Cookies came, they were tiny, and the inside of the box came in a state. Half a cookie was sliced by the box being closed on it. We ate them and then rang Dominoes thrapston to explain how they were small and were delivered in a bad state, and lady on the phone says there's nothing they can do about it.nnFirst review: A bought a couple pizzas a couple weeks ago. The young lady who delivered it must have dropped the boxes on their sides because all the pizzas had slid off toppings. The large garlic dip be bought was also missing, so she must have dropped that too. Thought, 'ok whatever, we will forget it'. Next time I used dominoes thrapston the £17 pizza I bought was worse than a £2 at Tesco. At least they have toppings on that aren't thinly put on, and clumped in the centre. The cheese was also nowhere near the crust. I had a 3 inch crust perimeter. Absolutely terrible - how hard is it to make a pizza? Don't go here. No apology from the young lady who dropped my stuff either, just dropped and hoped she'd get away with it !
90% of times I call to order thru phone, they never answer. Also, I’ve gotten pizza delivered from this store multiple times and every other time I order they say they don’t deliver to my location. But when I call back later someone else answers and I’m able to put in an order for the same location. Poor customer service. Lazy staff. If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose that instead of 1. Disappointing.
Today i ordered two pizzas at 4 pm which was delivered by moped. The driver was very pleasant and my food was very hot and fresh. both pizzas were Delicious and well received well deserved treat. thank you
