Hotel is undergoing refurbishment so I’m presuming I stayed in one of the older rooms. Room was comfortable but dated, could do with a little spruce up of facilities and perhaps a dust (spiders!). No real provisions for complementary toiletries - only a small bar of soap. No tea or coffee making facilities in any of the rooms which is a real shame and something that should be looked into offering as standard. Breakfast was prompt when ordered and very filling, though in the morning (around 07:30) the staff seemed to be elsewhere so there was a wait to be acknowledged and seated. Staff are lovely though and so accommodating - I will be back (hopefully to try one of the newer rooms!)

We ate at the Taste Of Nepal restaurant at The Bridge Hotel in Thrapston and really enjoyed the experience. The food was great - really tasty with plenty of flavour. They had a Vegan menu with really good choice. We will definitely be returning to try the rest of the Vegan dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Well worth the drive from Kettering.

Great staff. Very courteous. Managed to sneak a lite bite before they started the evening meals, which was perfect for our mid-journey break. I will definitely be coming back!

The room was very disappointing. No tea/coffee facilities. No adequate heating. Bathroom freezing cold, ripped flooring pink stains in the bath. Room smells stale and of the restaurant below There was a gap above window adding to the coldness. No window blind, therefore no privacy ; overlooking a tyre garage. We asked for the room to be looked at and was given a heater, after it being on for over 4 hrs the bathroom had not warmed up. We had to book into the local Travelodge. We have asked to speak to the manager to resolve our concerns and to be reimberced 3 weeks later still no reply .
