Every effort was made to keep customers, who have to be outside, dry in the rain
Django the dog makes visitors welcome.
A beautiful old fashioned pub, great welcoming staff. Good selection of. Ales, cider and larger. They do a few bar snacks but are happy to let you buy else where and eat in as long as you are drinking.
My favourite drinking spot.
Good real ale pub. No food except rolls but can bring fish and chips in from nearby chippy. Great pub. 5 stars.

Great pub they have a great selection of real ales. This changes on a regular basis. Good atmosphere more like old fashioned pubs. Food is not sold here, but plate's, cutlery and condiments supplied for use of brought in food. Plenty of seating including outside area with seat's.
The beer great , the staff know their job very cheerful and helpful, the place is very clean and they show sport. What more could you ask for
Another night of good beer good company and great music what's not to like?
