Been here afew times over the years with different issues, one being an issue with my throat I always feel like I'm choking, I've been two times asking about it and it was dismissed without even really checking, I've gave up now. Waiting weeks for an appointment to be told that is frustrating. I've also been there for mental health issues, I came in told him my issues then a member of staff ce in and gave him I presume a fax which he argued with her about for afew mins then after they left he looked over it again for afew mins despite them surging over it being pointless to fill in. Anyway after all that I was told to take medication for two weeks (which made me very ill taking it) before I could be referred to the mental health team... I came back and the same doctor forgot what he said to me (isn't it written on the system), though he finally refered me to the mental health team. But basically I don't really feel I'm being listened to, I don't feel confident about speaking about any medical issues I may have. I don't feel these are correct feelings to have at GP's.

Receptionist is so rude and unhelpful, they must have been bought up in a barn. As for the doctors here, two of them really should retire they are far two old and can barely articulate anymore. One cover doctor here actually spoke over me and told me I was being paranoid and was in my head when I went to them about a condition!

Hate this doctors simply go because it's close, been on the phone for half an hour waiting for someone to answer. In the past when I have asked to see a female doctor for woman's issues they simply said they don't have any women at this surgery and I would have to go to a different doctors in worsbourgh. The reception staff are quite rude and ask me why I want to see a female doctor I didn't realise I had to justify why I want to see a female doctor.
