We had an amazing experience here! Went in on a Wednesday lunchtime and it was very busy but the lady who served us Sorry I can't remember your name was smiling, amazing and an absolute credit to the business! I ordered the sausage mash and veg which came with gravy and wow! The sausages were proper butcher sausages and the mash was delightfully creamy and the veg cooked perfectly. We did have to wait an hour due to how busy it was but it was worth the wait and worth every penny! Will definitely return when next in the area 11/10!!!

Good old fashioned pub. Great food and ale. Staff very friendly. Dogs welcome .

It's okay. Nice staff and a dog friendly area, but only 1 vegetarian main meal option available, so we couldn't eat.

Lovely traditional bar with friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

My favourite local, lovely staff and you're always made to feel part of the crew!
