Wow! Step back in time as you walk into this most traditional of pubs! Like someone's living room, but with no music which makes a great change. The locals are friendly but not intrusive.  The bar has an excellent selection of whiskey and Gin, as well as good local ales to choose from. This is an authentic experience not to be missed!

This is a quintessential English pub. There is no food (other than snacks), no piped music, no TV, just an ever changing range of ales, some proper cider, a vast selection of whiskies, and a large selection of Belgian bottled beers. Add to that friendly customers and staff and you have a great pub.

Fantastic pub. You will NOT get background music, TV or a restaurant pretending to be a pub. You WILL get a frequently changing range of guest real ales, a choice of 150 malt whiskeys and a good selection of bottled beers from Belgium as well as a very warm welcome.
