Popped in for a meal this evening before going to the playhouse and loved it. The waitress was friendly and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable straight away. The food was great. I had the chicken breast and langoustines with tarragon, which was excellent and the girlfriend had the baked courgette which she loved. Overall very pleased and will definitely pop in again next time I'm in town.

This is a fantastic restaurant, gorgeous food, great service. Talk about going the extra mile, the lovely staff there couldn't get a taxi for us so the owners daughter didn't hesitate, immediately offered to a drive us back to our hotel on the outskirts of Alnwick. If you're ever in the area we would highly recommend you visit this little gem.

Ordered beans on toast for my toddler. It took 25 minutes to get to us and the beans were stone cold. The place was quiet too. Never again.
