Always have what I need and always helpful staff on hand
Staff where really helpful I went there for the revolution make-up advent Calendar they had none left but rang around other stores to get me it as my wife was really wanting it and it was half price from £120 down to £60 needless to say she was over the moon with it
Just been to morpeth selected 2 items from rimmel i did look for 3 for 2 sign as i knew rimmel usually do but didn't notice it. I continued down the makeup aisle and a young assistant asked me if I had just selected 2 from rimmel I said yes then she promptly pointed out it was 3 for 2. Well done to this young girl. Slim with hair tied in pony tail. Great added sales
My mum and me was shopping, a young lady who was stacking the shelves came over to help us not only did she get what we wanted but introduced us to the fabulous offers that we never knew was on. A big shout out to Emily and thank you for your courteous service today.
Medium sized store with spacious aisles & always well stocked shelves. Reasonably priced products probably cheaper than Boots on mainy lines.
Wonderful customer service today the sales assistant remembered me from the day before and went out of her way to make sure I got the product I needed Very satisfied customer always a pleasure to shop in Morpeth branch
Great range and value
Some staff need to learn some manners. Saw a shampoo beside the counter that I'd rather have than the one I had in my hand so I put the one I had down. Instead of politely asking me if I'd give it to her, the girl on checkout sucked her tongue at me and gave me a dirty look, then when I was walking out she asked in a loud voice if the customer behind me could please pick up the shampoo that I had put back on the shelf and give it to her. Will go elsewhere next time
Staff are so rude. Audibly talk about customers without a care
