Most lovely sunday roast I've possibly ever had! Plenty of food and flavour it was really special. Took some friends here who were visiting and it gave them a great first impression of Oxford for sure, it's food to be proud of.
Good-quality fish and chips. A lot of food choices. Not too expensive, but would have been better if a bit cheaper. Staff was ok. The wait for food was a bit long. Would recommend.
At first I was unsure it was going to live up to expectations because I couldn't see Thom Yorke or Gaz in there, which is why I visited. However, after scanning the lovely array of jazzy seating I spotted Thom disguised as a man with a beard ordering a cosmopolitan. Made my day.
Solid food, nice decor, good selection of beers and a big garden with covered seating. Staff seem happy to work there.
Fantastic public house!! Great food, excellent service and friendly staff. Good selection of beers on tap. Just needs some TLC to the toilet area. Other than that no complaints
Just had a takeaway burger and it was absolutely perfect!!
Amazing food, everything our party of 6 had was tasty. The only downside was the small chip portions. I would highly recommend the Sloppy Jalopy burger and the Amok Curry.
Really good burgers, would reccomend.
Food was excellent as was the service, just a shame we could only spend a few hours there because of covid and the need of the table for other bookings.
One of my favourite pubs in Oxford. The food is great and the staff always helpful. After the last renovation the backyard is nicer and easily accessible. Ths Sunday roast options and the classic burger are excellent choises. Highly recommended.
