A lovely pub with a great atmosphere. All of the staff are really warm and welcoming, creating a strong sense of community during these difficult times. The hygiene is also really good and the staff really care about their customers. Thank you to Connor for making my visit feel welcome, comfortable and enjoyable.
Lovely pub with a great choice of beers and food. The location itself is gorgeous and the staff was all very kind and welcoming. I'd like to thank Spencer in particular for being an absolute star throughout our whole stay. He was extremely polite and professional and truly made us feel looked after. Will definitely be back.

Really enjoyable afternoon spent here, atmosphere was really good considering the current virus situation. Spencer was a great, made our time super easy and kept calm during what looked like an ugly encounter with customers refusing to wear masks. Make sure you have the Roast - best in Oxford!
Very friendly welcome. Good selection of drinks and food at realistic prices. Outside patio garden great to relax in and quiet.
This pub is always a delight. Venue is excellent, service is top-notch shout out to Spencer - great bloke. Glad I've got such a lovely local to frequent.
Perfect for a trip with family and with friends. Staff are always incredibly friendly, and I was really pleasantly surprised by how well they handled the new Covid guidelines. It made us feel incredibly safe, comfortable and made for one of my favourite evenings 'out' in a long time!
