Save you’re time & effort & spend you’re hard earned cash somewhere else, like the Nuffield.
Aftercare is abysmal, left high & dry with issues & no one seems to want to help.
I’m now seeking emergency help from my GP & Nuffield, costing me even more money !

Shocking customer services. Paid £3.5k for treatment half way through treatment and they have gone into administration. No answers at all just left in the dark.

I am coming up to three months post op. I so far have found all staff attentive and caring. The surgery was so much better than expected, with no wind pain at all, which was brilliant. Dietians phone on a regular basis and give great advice.

Customer service is shocking, paid 2.5k and dentist side have gone into administration. Hospital Group are still advertising dentistry treatment! No refund and no response from the Hospital Group regarding complaints or refund. Treatment has been left incomplete, i would advise anyone against using the Hospital Group for any type of treatment.
