Slightly quirky pub in nice location beside Church and Market. Spacious l-shaped room with nice light. Serves St Austell ales. Friendly staff and a place where some "colourful" locals will often hang out. Did not try food. Worth a look in, as more character than some of the other pubs in St Austell.

Food was fantastic, came out piping hot and was delicious, great size portions. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Low rating for atmosphere as it was early n only a few in. Highly rexommended for a good meal.

Had the fish and chips special. Very nice.  Guy serving at bar and doing food was great.  Very friendly.

Had the lamb tagine - friendly staff and tasty food.

Ace burger and chips. Need sleep now
