Great historical pub with really friendly staff. Food was lovely, excellent selection of alcoholic and non-alcaholic beverages to choose from. Plenty of space inside to bring all your family and friends. Will be visiting again any time I am in Shrewsbury!
I went here with a workmate. He'd been here before many years ago but I hadn't. It had a good range of drinks and was well priced. The place is deceptively huge but doesn't look it at first. The staff were all really friendly and we both enjoyed our time in there. We'd definitely visit again.
Nice place to eat and drink. Although very difficult for pubs at the moment, it was safely handled and the service was good. Would definitely recommend for food and drink
Paid another visit to the pub since all the new restrictions, very professional service and greeted at the door by the manager shown to a table with all my drinks brought over to me. Highly recommend this pub as-well as the mega mixed grill!
Good pint and good atmosphere during the day,others with children enjoying family meal!
Only thing missing is the chance to meet new people and talk football over a pint. Of course until the covid is kicked this is a hard thing to do. Then Five stars Absolutely.
Huge place but with the atmosphere of a post 80's pub disco. Just add neon leg warmers!
