Excellent bar for watching sport. It has a decent number of TVs and the staff are very friendly and happy to turn volume up or down depending on your preference. Drinks seem very reasonably priced too. Toilets could probably do with a spruce up, but this is a pub and not a hotel, so I wasn't expecting too much.

Good pub for watching football and 8 cask ales.  Worth visit

Always a busy pub with live sports on. It is also not bad for live music! A good location and often visited on a pub crawl

Bit busy for me. Good range of real ale. Good for watching sports. Visited during a rugby match, was very very busy and very very noisy. Call me boring, I like chairs, tables an environment were you can have a conversation. If it was empty or quiet, I'd give it four stars.

Good beer and staff and excellernt landlord Ken  Ollie, you owe me a plnt for that!!

Decent  down to earth pub. Loads of screens with footy on. Good beer.

When the horse racing and cricket is on then the cricket commentary should be prioritised. We appreciated the Ian Rush signed picture. Beer choices / selection were good.

Excellent selection of beers here! Plus loyalty card to get a free beer. Love it.
