First time ordering and a terrible experience - would not recommend!  Our hire order was supposed to arrive at midday and it didn’t arrive until 7pm in the end! We waited around all day then had to rush to set up tables, chairs, table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware in just 1 hour as we were catering for a large group! Also some of the items arrived dirty and with spiders on so we had to rush to check through each item before using them.  I emailed and asked for a refund for the first days hire as we had hired the items for 6 days but I wouldn’t class 7pm delivery on the first day as a day’s hire! What a joke! All they said was they were sorry they had been busy with another order but they refused to refund!  A very stressful first time using this company as they had clearly prioritised another order over ours and bitten off more than they could chew over the Christmas period!
