Friendly helpful staff, good service and reasonable price.
Following a blowout I called at 830am on a Monday morning. Phil was amazing, he fitted me in immediately and by 930am I was on my way.
Staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Sorted my tracking out, wasn't a straight forward tracking either but job well done.

Amazing service, good customer care, treat you with respect and willing to answer any questions! Also, plenty of benefits to be had with the "hero's club" Working with the NHS I found it impossible to fit my car in for its MOT due to working so much hours but ATS did that little extra and fit me in! Another fab experience. These guys are great. It isnt often you can find a local garage that provides such great service especially one that is a chain. This garage breaks the mould.
I must admit this is a great garage. We took our car in for squeaky brakes and they ended up lubricating them. They didn't charge us a penny! This place is honest! They also diagnosed a fault in the aircon which they recommended replacing a low cost part ourselves. Again no charge! Well what can I say.
On arrival, possibly due to Covid 19 only two chairs available for public use also coffee machine not working possibly for the same reason. The member of staff greeted us and was informative and friendly. We were booked in to have a ' Back Exhaust Box' fitted to our which was despatched to this depot quickly. It was confirmed that this was the only section of exhaust needed but just in case to save us any delay a further section was ordered, just in case. The fitter had the job done in 25 minutes and a reasonable charge was made which included fitting. As my wife and I were on holiday we were pleased with the service received at this branch and if the need arose in the future we would not hesitate to visit this branch of ATS Euromaster in the future .
Always helpful beyond expectations. Been using them for some time now and work is always done on time and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
