Really pleased with the advice and repairs to my specialist bike Asked for new gear wires and he went above and beyond, new bottom bracket new gear wires with housing. Trued my back tire and gave me new pedals as mine were dangerous and loose. Cheap prices and job was done in less then 24 hours Top shop recommended
We want there with some brake proplems few month back. Fixed straight away reasonable price. Will go back when things get better, developed proplem with bike . Very frendly and helpful.
First day of our holiday and my son broke his brake lever on his bike. We went along to the shop, they found a replacement and fitted it for us in 10 minutes. So friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more!

I would 100% recommend Cycle Wales for any servicing needs on a bike. They took my bike in at short notice and had completed a full service within a few days which included upgrading di2 firmware. Needed the gears on my bike indexing and Dewi did a fantastic job, the gears now shift better than when I bought the bike new! All done quickly and at a very competitive price! Highly recommended for any bike repairs or servicing.
My Granddaughter had a puncture in her front tyre today. I picked her and bike up and drove to Cycle Wales. The kind gent, fitted her spare tube at no cost. A great kindness on his behalf. She could then continue her ride. If you want to hire a bike or fix a bike, it is the place to go. Thank you.
