The new online system is so effective. On one occasion had a prescription at the pharmacy within two hours of submitting an issue. On other occasions my two children are seen for issues very quickly. You don’t see the same GP usually, but all are excellent.
I have had no complaints about this doctor's surgery. My old surgery was awful, I could never get an appointment and they never listened. Receptionists were rude. This surgery is like a breath of fresh air and I recommend it to everyone !
Excellent service, friendly and helpful. More GP surgeries could learn a lot from here. Nothing is a problem, staff are always kind and considerate.
I have been a patient here for over 12 years and it was an excellent doctors surgery when I joined I on joining I had just returned to the Hull area from cambridgeshire having suffered a stroke there the surgery organised a stroke nurse to call on me regularly as well as daily carers and here it all falls down I was in Peterborough hospital after my stroke where I got excellent pysiotherapy , folloeing my stroke my left arm,hand and leg were rendered useless but the physio concentrated on getting my leggoing as best he coul and I walked out of the hospial albeit on a stick to return to hull although we didnt have time to work on my arm and hand the pysio drew up a plan for physio on them which he said he would forward to my new gp,hesslegrange, for them to put into practise, but Inever had any further physio on my hand or arm when i asked about this plan my gp simply said I will look into it then retired, I have asked other gps about it but as there is nothing on the screen there is nothing they can do about it so 12 years after a stroke and returning home i havent even had 5 minutes of physio therapy, in addition to that debacle I was obviosly on PIP which the dwp have recently reduced by £250 per month and now being diagbosed with diabetes and copd I am no longer able due to taxi costs to continue my copd physio sessions nor am I able to buy decent nutricious foods to control my sugar levels so I emailed the surgert to ask them to provide a letter to the dwp and as i got no reply I wrote to them by post and was told they would look into it and get in touch that was a month ago and still heard nothing this surgery merged with others recently and since then it has been terrible I was initially with DR O' Sullivan who knew my historybut now if you are lucky enough to get past the 'care navigators' and get an actual appointment you have no idea who you are seeing ubtil you get there
I have been left alone at home for past 3 weeks with suspected cancer with no medication apart from some fortysips hri are the same absolutely useless there is 1 doctor who is trying to help which was dr holmes I have seen 6 different doctors in those 3 weeks including 2 from hri so there's no chance of getting any help I have been in so much distress on monday after asking for an appointment I lost my temper with the doctor and swore so now I'm looking at been unregistered with them even though I'm so frustrated at been passed around, they have no compassion at this surgery I'm going through he'll and nobody seems to give a damn
