Arguably the worst doctors around the Hull area, I’ve being waiting on a minor operations list since December, some how in March I got taken off the list as they had a cancellation and I couldn’t attend the next day baring in mind I work away so they removed me from the list and told me to go back on to it. I had rescheduled with them then rang them back telling them dates I couldn’t do as I’m going away. On the phone call the guy tells me the doc never put me back on the waiting list now they’ve asked me to book ANOTHER appointment to put myself back on. The docs working here do not care since it’s for the NHS & they can’t really do no wrong. Avoid this surgery at all costs. I’ve known people to go get blood tests from here also where there arms have being left battered & bruised… STAY AWAY!
I am honoured to be a patient at the Hessle Grange Medical Centre. This practice goes above and beyond for their patients. The receptionist at this practice are exceptional. They always go out of their way to help their patient's, very polite and always with a smile. The GPs are lovely, caring and friendly. They look directly at their patients when speaking to them instead of a computer screen. I feel in safe hands at this surgery. Thank you it means a lot.
This practice likes to send you elsewhere, first occasion had a fall, shoulder injury, oh you need to the minor injury s clinic, Hull ,Beverly, or Bransholme. Second occasion blood sample Brough. Patients would like the diagnosis from the doctor, not the ladies on the front desk.

I came from peeler house surgery when it closed. I felt there were initial teething problems when I first came however I will say the staff and all the workers who work there are all very polite , friendly and very helpful. I like using the online forms it's so easier that waiting on the phone for 20 minutes.
