Recently joined the surgery and first experiences have been exceptional. Love the booking system, so efficient compared to previous surgery where making an appointment was painful.
I have nothing but fabulous things to say with regard Dr Mitchell, Dr Olivia Mitchell and The Practice. They always go that extra mile and Dr Michell himself during Covid19 has seen me personally on more than one occasion - He has been nothing less than perfect in my opinion. The relief doctor during Covid I forget his name, also extremely friendly, caring and followed through on everything that was asked or promised. Thank you for remaining a traditional Doctors Practice without all of the nonsense. It is a breath of fresh air to have you in this lovely village.
I would like to say that I am very happy I found Dr R G Mitchell to supply me with a Seafarers medical. I have never met such a lovely Dr who cares about his clients and offers the extra mile. The over all experience was very good and kept me at ease. After worrying about the blood tests and having continued reassurance from Dr Mitchell I felt he was a true professional. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and it was nice to see a smile on the faces of staff who work there. I would definitely recommend Dr R G Mitchell not just for the service he provided but also for how nice it was to be treated with respect. I will return again in the future if I ever need another medical as this service was above and beyond. Thank you very much. J K Simpson
Outstanding surgery. Initial phone enquiries always answered efficiently and if required, appointments often made for the same day. Can highly recommend this friendly village practice.
Fantastic doctor with a well run surgery. He always goes the extra mile when looking after patients. The care he has given my parents was amazing. This is what a doctor's surgery should be like. You can see a doctor without an appointment.
An excellent surgery. Cannot be faulted We feel so fortunate to be registered at such a caring practice.
I have seen personally that Dr Mitchell is an excellent physician, with an astute clinical eye that detects important conditions underlying an illness.
Very disappointing experience as new patient trying to get repeat prescription over 7 days patronising receptionists GP Mitchell halved my prescription no consultation, never met me answer don't feel confident bye bye Not even one * star
Called up to ask a simple question and was met with a rude "No" "No idea", glad this isn't my GP
